"Not really worth the price"
I was expecting a bit more for the money, honestly. The course wasn’t bad, but a lot of it felt basic, and some sections repeated things that seemed like common sense. I’ve used cheaper study materials that were more helpful for me, so I don’t think I’d choose this one again.

"I reached out to support thinking..."
I reached out to support thinking they’d actually help, but it felt like they were just trying to run out the clock. They gave me vague answers, acted like the problem was some great mystery, and I ended up wasting a bunch of time with nothing fixed. Not saying there’s a secret handbook telling them to dodge every issue… but it sure felt like it.

"Course was okay, but the reporting took a while"
I finished my course on Goldcoastschools.com, and overall the classes were fine. They were easy to follow and did what I needed them to do. Nothing super impressive, but I didn’t really have any problems with the actual course part.
The frustrating part was the completion reporting. It didn’t update as quickly as I expected, so I kept having to check back and follow up. Support did eventually help, but at times I felt like I was being passed around a bit when all I really wanted was confirmation that it was done.

"Progress tracking is easy"
I mean, overall it’s easy to keep track of my progress with this. It’s simple to follow and doesn’t take much figuring out, though, yeah, it’s not exactly perfect.

"The classroom option really didn’t feel worth it"
I didn’t have a great experience with the classroom class. It felt like we were moving too fast the whole time, and every time I wanted to ask something, I felt awkward because it seemed like I’d be slowing everyone down. Even little things bugged me, like how the handouts weren’t really organized and the setup in the room felt kind of thrown together. I was expecting the in-person class to feel more helpful and personal, but I left feeling like I didn’t get much out of it. For what I paid, it just didn’t feel worth my time or money...
"It was decent overall, but the service..."
It was decent overall, but the service was slow. I get that places get busy, but there should be some accountability for the wait times instead of just acting like it’s normal. Not the worst experience, but definitely room to improve.

"Course material was really confusing"
I used Goldcoast Schools for my course, the material was way more confusing than I expected. Some parts felt like they were jumping all over the place, and I kept waiting for things to be explained in a normal, simple way, but it just didn’t happen.
I ended up having to search online over and over just to figure out what the course was trying to say, which made me feel like I was practically begging for basic explanations after already paying for it. For the price, I expected something much easier to follow, and I definitely felt resentful by the end. Not a great experience for me.

"Not gonna lie, this livestream class was..."
Not gonna lie, this livestream class was kind of frustrating. The audio kept lagging, the teacher moved through everything way too fast, and it felt like chat questions were mostly ignored.
"Ended up costing more than I thought"
I took a class with Gold Coast Schools, the class itself was fine. Nothing terrible, nothing amazing. But the pricing left me feeling kind of annoyed afterward.
At first, the main price seemed reasonable, but then the books, practice materials, and extra little things started adding up. It almost felt like I had to keep asking what else I needed and paying more each time, like I was begging just to get the full package I thought I was already signing up for.
I don’t think it’s the worst option out there, but I did feel a little resentful by the end because I expected more to be included for the money. If I had to do it again, I’d definitely compare prices more carefully before committing...

"Reminders showed up when it was already too late"
I was really hoping the reminders would help me stay on top of things, but they came so late that they were basically useless. It made me feel kind of trapped, like I was already behind and had no way to fix it by the time the alert showed up.

"Pretty strict about cancellations"
I tried to cancel after my plans changed, and it felt like they just don’t make exceptions for anyone. Everything was basically “that’s our policy,” with not much real help or flexibility. Maybe this is how these places always are, but it was still frustrating to deal with.

"Registration was okay, but a bit confusing"
Signing up was easy overall, not too hard or anything. There were just a few parts that confused me, and they were kind of annoying. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I did have to stop and figure things out a couple times. Not terrible, just confusing in a few spots

"Didn’t help me pass the exam"
I signed up thinking this would actually get me ready for the test, but the practice material felt different from what showed up on exam day. My brother had warned me to use a few different study sources, and I wish I’d listened sooner because a lot of the questions here were too easy or just felt repeated.
I ended up relying on YouTube videos and random notes to really understand the topics. For what it costs, I expected much better prep and something closer to the real exam. I wouldn’t use it again.
"Student support did help me out when..."
Student support did help me out when I got stuck, so I’ll give them credit for that. But there were times when replies took longer than I expected, and it kind of made me feel dismissed while I was waiting. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the support had been a bit faster and more attentive

"Some of the material felt outdated"
I took my course through Gold Coast Schools, some of the material felt like it hadn’t been updated in a while. A few things didn’t line up with the practice questions or other resources I was using, which made studying more confusing than it needed to be.
I’m not saying the whole course was bad, but once I started noticing accuracy issues, it made me lose trust in the material. For what I paid, I really expected it to feel more current and reliable.

"Career support felt like a bit of a setup"
The classes themselves were fine, nothing too wild there. But the career help? That’s where things started feeling suspiciously underwhelming. I went in thinking they’d actually help me find openings, map out next steps, maybe give some real guidance. Instead, it was mostly generic advice and a few links like they were reading from some secret master script of bare minimum support. Once the course wrapped up, it kind of felt like the curtain dropped and suddenly I was on my own. Not saying there’s a whole operation behind it, but it definitely felt like the career support was more of a selling point than a real thing.

"Study stuff wasn’t that helpful"
A lot of the study material felt outdated and kind of confusing. I spent a good amount of time going through it, but the practice questions didn’t really line up with what I actually saw. It was frustrating.

"Instructor engagement didn’t meet my expectations"
I personally expect an instructor to be a bit more present and involved throughout the course, but this one felt hands-off. I didn’t really feel engaged or supported, which made the experience less helpful for me.

"Nice if you like learning on your own schedule"
I liked that I could go through it at my own pace without feeling rushed. That part worked really well for me. My gut feeling is that the course is solid overall, but a few of the lessons felt a bit dry, and some pages were slower to load than I expected...

"Tough to get a clear answer"
The communication was frustrating. I emailed a few times and got slow replies that were short and didn’t really answer what I was asking. When I called, I felt like they were trying to get me off the phone, well, not trying exactly, but I definitely felt rushed. Overall, not a great experience if you’re looking for clear information
